Minions take up residency for a day! 😀

A group of people dressed as Minions smile behind a counter.
When you were in elementary school do you remember your teacher dressing up as a character for a day just for fun? That’s just what the staff did Endeavour Elementary School. Yesterday, they all came to work dressed as Minions. Why? To surprise the students and put just a little extra kick of joy and fun into learning, all while boosting staff morale and unity.
The “underground” staff spirit days are planned by the school’s Building Leadership Team (BLT), now changed to Instructional Leadership Team (ILT). The ILT consists of one teacher from each grade level (team lead), one teacher from Connections, one specialist, one classified staff, the dean, and the principal. They meet bi-weekly after school and discuss a multitude of different topics that directly impact classrooms, the school, including FUN!
