Hello Endeavour Community! My name is Tamara Skeen, and I am blessed to be part of the Eagle Family as your principal since the 2022-2023 school year. I have been in education for over 25 years. During that time, I've had the opportunity to teach Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, and serve as an instructional coach, a math interventionist, Assistant Principal and Principal. From 2015 - 2020, I was the principal of West View Elementary in the Burlington-Edison School District. In 2020, I relocated to Mukilteo and spent the last two "COVID years" serving as a 1st and 2nd grade teacher in the Snohomish School District.

No matter the position I'm in, I have a teacher's heart. I believe every single child is a gift and every child is gifted. I am eager to get to know your child and help create a community where they belong, are valued for their unique gifts, and are motivated to grow and learn. I believe this community is created through strong family partnerships. I am excited to know you and partner with you on behalf of your children.

I feel blessed to be a part of Endeavour, and humbled by the opportunity to be a part of your child's journey. I anticipate a great year ahead!
